Twitch bans Amazon prime's Spanish channel for violation of TOS. Friendly fire!! That violation may have something to do with a comedian showing a bewb. Apparently they did this on purpose, but the ban did not lost more than a day.

Oh hey.... an Activision update.... Activision is suing indie game creator Randy Ficker over his game Warzone, which he made in 2017. Activision is stating his claims for the title are baseless and threatening to their company even though he owns the Warzone trademark years prior to COD's Warzone was even developed. Another example of rich corpos stomping on the little guy....

Ubisoft CEO had a meeting with devs about the future of NFTs, stating Quartz is just the beginning. Devs are concerned that the NFTs are just another money grab that have no value to game quality, and will damage the good will (whatever's left) of the players after the devs have worked hard to improve their recent flop Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Not only was did this concern fall on deaf ears, Ubisoft CEO says players will come to accept them similar to lootboxes. COOOOL! How are those NFT's doing you ask? Ubisoft sold a whopping 15 NFT's since the announcement. You're doing good Ubi!!

VOID interactive, the creators of Ready or Not, have split from their publisher after confirmation of a school shooting map would be in a future update. The SWAT based shooter is known for its realism scenarios and this topic has been one of controversy. Although not confirmed if this was the reason for the split, VOID did respond to the news in their own statement as well as addressing the concerns and controversy of the new school update.

We did it live again folks! Brock is joined by his lovely lady Alicia and Doc Nelson for their second live episode! It's loaded with news, scandals and awful videos from the interwebs!

The Game Awards were last Friday, and the clan go over the highlights and reveals from the event.

Ubisoft revealed their new NFTs, and man was that met with overwhelming positivity........ I'm lying. It sat at a 96% dislike ratio on YouTube before being taken down. I guess when you push slimy monetization in games, the players revolt.

YouTuber TotallyNotMark was hit with over 150 copyright strikes to his channel by Tokei animation over his Dragonball videos. If the math is correct, it would take him 37 years to appeal all strikes with the YouTube appeal process. Another example of a large company going after the little guy.

PlayStation VP was fired after a video revealed he was caught in a pedophile sting on an independent investigator's YouTube video. No charges were filed as of yet, but it would seem that soliciting a minor is easier than bagging a PS5 nowadays.

An investigative report revealed that Bungie has suffered workplace misconduct itself after its split from Activision. Between sexual harassment , frat boy culture and raging bosses, it's been a mixed bag of hell for staff. Apparently the work climate has seen significant improvements lately, but some are speculating it's too little too late.

Finally, more Activision BS. Amid mass walkouts due to the layoffs and a petition to unionize, Activision sent an email to workers urging them to "consider the consequences" of unionizing. Stating that unionizing could slow the process of change within the company. You mean, a union would ensure that the proper changes were being made? Activision continues to dig themselves into a deeper grave as the weeks go on.

A Forza 5 player is facing an 8000 year ban (yes eight thousand!) for his custom vehicle depicting North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Who knew communist nation held soo much power over a game it cant even play?

Take two are facing heat over it's massive string of trademark claims on small businesses over having products/companies with similar names to its games. With the latest being the GOTY nominee game It Takes Two, Take Two are playing the battle of attrition by holding them in a delayed legal battle.

Activision has once again has been digging a deeper grave after a string of layoffs at COD studio Raven. This comes after they promised to raise the pay of the QA contractors, and even relocating them to Madison, WI. Meanwhile CEO Bobby Kotick remains in his position, lining his pockets despite state treasurers, employees and even presidents of other game publishers have called for his resignation. Oh Activision.....

Bobby Kotick is under massive fire after a Wall Street Journal article dropped exposing not only was he aware of the misconduct allegations at Activision/Blizzard, he himself has allegations against him. Ranging from covering for supervisors accused of sexual assault to him threatening to have his assistant killed over reporting a sexual harassment incident. Now, big companies within the industry such as Xbox, Sony and Nintendo are calling for his resignation. Along with a signed petition from over 1000 workers and even shareholders calling for him to get the boot. Sounds like Bobby could be sent up the river come Christmas!

Streamlabs has been called out by many top tech companies, streamers and more across the internet for plagiarism! Streaming company Lightstream showed how Streamlabs not only had stolen the console direct stream tools, but also completely copied the marketing landing page. To include the reviews! OBS chimed in stating that they never gave Streamlabs permission to use the OBS branding on their platform. Blood is in the water for Streamlabs, and the sharks have been swarming at the scent!

Finally, Rockstar responded to the horrible reviews from the GTA definitive edition's terrible launch with a brain dead PR statement. In light of the issues, they also re-added the original games back on their PC storefront. Saving face or your laziness, aren't we Rockstar?

Well, twas a quiet week in the gaming news world. Just in time for the GTA trilogy definitive edition to release. Brock is joined with Doc Nelson to discuss what all went on.

Rockstar released the GTA Definitive Edition launched, and boy oh boy is it an absolute disaster! Between awful graphics, bugs and more this game is not fairing well with players. Come to find out, it wasn't remastered by anyone but an AI that ported the mobile version of the game. Nice one Rockstar.

Ubisoft is offering devs and management a pay raise to not leave. This is coming of the under-discussed issue that Ubisoft has been having with their own workplace misconduct allegations. Oh Ubisoft....

Square Enix throws Crystal Dynamics under the bus, and blames them for the failure of The Avengers. Damn, not often you see the publisher blame the developer like that.

Battlefield 2042 early release dropped last week, and the reviews have been not soo hot. The boys go over the long list of missing features compared to previous Battlefield titles.

Not much happened this week, but hey, we make do with what we got and still manage this week without seeing a poop video, or Activision news. However..... stay tuned for a banger about Activision on the next episode!
